Druidism, Paganism and other paths
For many Wicca is too demanding a path, or else there are aspects of it that they are not fully comfortable with, such as its "either in or out" type approach.
Wicca is only one of many pagan paths and ways, and especially for those newly exploring all this it's good to be able to look around and investigate other possibilities that are more open and accessible.
How many Pagans are there in the world? There are that many pagan paths! The remit of this website is Wicca so most of its focus is on the Craft, but I've included some Pagan, Druidic and other information resources and contact information here so that you can investigate these possibilities.
As well as that these are potentially very powerful wisdom sources for Wiccans to draw from as well- especially from such as Druidism and other Pagan paths of a similar nature.
Here's some links to websites that you'll find helpful, and some other contact information that you can follow up for more information
Pagan Contacts and resources
PAGANLINK This is a very good, largely British resource for Wicca and Paganism generally. I was a founder member of Paganlink some 13 years or so ago.
THE PAGAN FEDERATION The single best resource for things Pagan in Britain, with links, resources and information of global proportions. The PF produce a quarterly magazine, organise Moots, gatherings and conferences, and bring together a wide range of services and resources. My Wife Pauline and I are both members of the Pagan federation.
Pagan Moot- an
email discussion list that you can join:-
Pagan Moot is a safe space where people can ask questions without fear of censorship, meet new friends and get real life contacts. Pagans and newcomers from all paths get together in order to learn from each other.
This is organised by Steph' Golightly who is a
long standing and well respected member of the UK Pagan Community and who I have
networked with for about 15 years since she studied with Galdraheim Coven. I am a member of this discussion circle also.

What is Druidry?
Druidry/Druidism is a contemporary expression of Native British and Northern European shamanic, magickal and spiritual traditions, which weave together very powerfully, and which form a coherent framework for anyone to use whom seeks such traditions to work with in ways which are in resonance with the land in which they live.
There are many individual forms and expressions of Druidry which you can draw from, and a number of groups and organisations which you can join if you choose, or whom you can draw from for inspiration if you prefer to work solo. These range from the white-robed Druids you may have seen performing rituals and ceremonies at places such as Stonehenge, to those whom take a more earthy and primal approach.
"If I wasn't a Wiccan I'd be a Druid". Of all the contemporary wisdom traditions which are now accessible, Druidism/Druidry ranks alongside Wicca for me- I personally favour Wicca because of its initiatory structures, degree system and training structures, but there is a huge wealth of wisdom within contemporary Druidry that I draw from, and which I'd urge anyone of Pagan or Wiccan inclinations to also look into.
Listed here are just a few sites- but they are all excellent sources of inspiration, information and wisdom. I've put this- [Highly recommended] by the first three listed here. These I recommend above all. They are beautifully constructed web sites with a huge wealth of information.
