If you have diagrams or drawings of artwork for your craft work items you are welcome to send them as attachments to emails as well as through the regular mail.

Working in this way keeps me pretty busy- as I'm sure you can imagine. If you can't reach me by phone because I'm working on someone's craft work, out gathering materials to use or similar, do please leave a message.

I cannot guarantee to answer all messages or to always be in the office to take your calls. I can and do guarantee to answer all letters and emails as speedily as possible.

Staffs and Staves over 1 metre in length cannot be sent outside the UK- problems with UK postal services. All other items being sent outside the UK will be sent via air mail for speed and reliability of delivery.

Within the UK all packages will be sent using regular mail services. 

I hold no stock- Complex items may take up to 28 days to complete-

Your craft work order will be  made for you and you alone. I hold stocks of some materials such as leather, deerskin, thonging, beads and other materials, but all other materials are hand gathered for each item that I make, and every single piece of my work is unique and made solely for the recipient- you. it will be yours and yours alone. There will be no copies, and nothing else in the world quite like it.
